ECLIPSE is specially designed to effectively remove permanent marker stains and various paints from painted surfaces, stone, and concrete. It is made of fully biodegradable and non-toxic solvents and emulsifiers.
ECLIPSE does not emit volatile organic compounds and is non-flammable.
